How do Vecteezy subscriptions work?
Our subscriptions give you access to our complete library of photos, vectors, and videos. The plans give you:

Yearly plans are billed annually at a lower monthly rate than our monthly plans which are billed each month. All subscription plans offer the same great benefits though!
Why do I need a plan if Vecteezy is free?
We offer thousands of high-quality free images and videos to use for personal and commercial use just as long as you provide attribution. We also lock down some of our pro content and only make it available to our paid members. In some circumstances, it is not possible to credit the author so we offer a paid plan that allows you to purchase a license so you can download the file and not have to worry about attribution. Pro users can access/download all content on the site included in their content subscription type and experience the site ad-free. Pro subscriptions also give you full commercial rights, access to the Vecteezy online editor and bundles, faster downloads, and priority support.
What do I get with a Pro Standard license?
Vecteezy offers a Pro Standard License with all content that is downloaded with a credit, or, all content that is available to Vecteezy Pro subscribers (except content with an Editorial Use Only license). The Pro Standard license does not require attribution and permits more broad usage rights for print, digital, TV and limited merchandise use. The Pro Standard License from Vecteezy is backed by our $10,000 legal protection (Pro content only).
This license will be found in your Dashboard by visiting "License History", and then clicking on the "View License Info" button beside the file. If you did not download your file(s) with credits or you are not a Pro member, you will not have a Pro Standard License for this content.

Can I use Vecteezy content in work I create for a client?
If you are licensing content on behalf of a client, then during the delivery process of the end product to your client, you may grant your client a sublicense to use that content as allowed by this License Agreement.
You must guarantee that you have full legal authority to bind your client to the terms of our License Agreement. If you do not have that authority, then your client may not use the content, unless they also obtain a license for that content directly from us. Your client must comply with our License Agreement, and you remain directly liable to Vecteezy for your client’s use of the content. If you use any content as part of an End Product or Design Project created for or delivered to a client, you agree to provide the name and contact information of your client to Vecteezy upon Vecteezy’s reasonable request for the sole purpose of monitoring proper use.

Should I purchase a subscription or pay as I go?
The main difference in our paid plans is the cost per file. The more you purchase up front, the cheaper your cost per download. The best value lies in our Unlimited Subscription Plan. With this plan, you'll have unlimited downloads, including unlimited access to Brusheezy.com graphics too! You also get exclusive access to bundles as a Pro subscriber. We offer simple Download Credit plans. Here, you're purchasing one-off downloads. There is no commitment with these plans and the credits do not expire for 1 year. So start with what you’re comfortable with and what best matches your budget. It’s important to note that access to bundles is an exclusive perk that comes with an active Pro subscription. Credits can not be used to download Bundles.
What are bundles?
A bundle is a set of multiple creative resources rather than just one resource. These files are typically zipped in a folder as a single download.
Bundles are created by contributors like all other resources on Vecteezy.com. However, they might include content that is not otherwise available on our website such as fonts, slide decks, photoshop brushes, and more. Learn more.
Can I upgrade or downgrade to a different plan?
Certainly, please contact us through your settings and we can migrate you to a alternate plan.
Can I add seats to my account for team members?
Definitely! Go to your account settings and click on Create a Team to add seats and invite team members. Then you can assign roles as desired with only Admins being able to access billing information.
How does auto renewal work?
For your convenience, our subscriptions automatically renew each payment period meaning there is no need for you to do anything other than keep enjoying our content! If you want to alter or cancel your subscription, you can do so at anytime within your settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. As much as we'd hate to see you leave, you can always cancel in just a few clicks under your settings. We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, and you haven't downloaded more than 3 pro files, just let us know, and we'll give you a refund for your most recent charge.
