April 9, 2020 – Today is a special day for Vecteezy. Since 2008, we’ve focused on providing high-quality vector graphics — now we’re thrilled to announce we’re expanding our collection to include high-quality, authentic photos.
When we made the decision to launch photos, our mission was clear — provide high-quality photos at an extraordinary value to our customers. Over the past six months, the team here at Vecteezy has worked on sourcing photos, reviewing and rating every photo that goes onto the site, and curating them so you receive only the best photos from top photographers around the world. Today, Vecteezy’s photos stand behind three principles:
- Quality. Our top priority is providing quality photos. Our expert curators have reviewed over two million photos and continue to review photos every day.
- Legally guaranteed. We legally guarantee every photo on Vecteezy so you can use it in your commercial and personal projects. Each photo has a signed model and property release on file from the photographer.
- Continuous improvement. Vecteezy is launching with over 250k photos and we’ll continue to add thousands of fresh, high-quality photos every day, so you’ll always have new content for your projects.
Photos are available for download under the Pro license (view plans). Current Pro customers can start downloading immediately (that’s right, we added photos directly to all active Pro subscriptions). With an unlimited Pro subscription, you can download as many photos and vectors as you’d like. New customers can access photos and vectors for as low as $9/month.
Currently, all photos are under the Pro license, but we’re working with photographers from around the world to bring free photos in the coming months.
