To anyone having issue downloading this file, they did a very, very poor job compressing it. You will need to open this file on a Mac only. Also don't just let the program try and unzip it on its own, you're going to have to tell it specifically to decompress the file or it will endlessly go from zip to some other random compression format. Great image very poor compression software.
I could not open it either. :(
