Blend objects with two lines and color. Made with Illustrator CS3. It´s still blend objects so you can modify the lines´ colors and curves and see how it changes. I´d appreciate your feedback.

Can you guide me to a tutorial , how to draw such lines in photoshop or illustrator, I need to design these lines and I am stuck

Hi Mirzayasir4, it´s very easy and done quickly using illustrator. Photoshop can´t do those things. It must be a vector layout program (illustrator in this case).
Just draw two lines as you like it. They can differ in line weight, color, position, curves and length. Select the two lines and choose Object -> Blend -> Make (you should choose "blend options" before). Try different settings in the "blend options", to fit your needs. The result will be something like this. You can still change the lines' appearance after this operation. It´s a flexible "blend object". Hope this helped. Otherwise search for "blend object" tutorial using a search engine of your choice...
