Some vector patterns that I made and used for some of my projects. Made with Adobe Illustrator CC and saved as an AI file, so you can edit the pattern if needed.
Completely free for commercial and personal use. Attribution is appreciated, but not required.
Seamless, but some patterns may be slightly disjointed (ie look at the center one), but that was how I wanted it.
