The terms you list in the description and those of the GPL are quite different. You may want something like CC-BY-NC or CC-BY-NC-SA. By specifying the GPL you are giving people the right to distribute this work or derivatives commercially and without notifying you provided they give recipients the same license to the combined work and they provide ‘source code’.

You might also want to change ‘to Paypal’ to ‘via Paypal’ or ‘to me via Paypal’. Paypal makes plenty of money as it is.
