I think that the website link that you found has a copy of this free download. I do not speak Japanese so I cannot explain the context of it.
You said "you can’t trust anyone but yourself. be creative and honest". Thanks for the tip. In my 14 years as a creative director for some of the world’s top brands, I’ve also learned to only say things that I know for a fact.

i’m seeing more and more things here on vecteezy that appear to be taken from sccnn. there’s no way to validate the true origins of the work but it all seems suspicious. yeh, i’m sure some posts here on this site are real honest works of art but again, there’s no way to tell.

This is a tremendous free download. Thanks to vecteezy for finding it and to vectorvault for offereing it. Please keep designs like this coming. Personally, I am tired of simple icons and splatters. This is the kind of vector that makes me stop and take notice.
