   thanks designious - totally understand where you are coming from. Can you clarify something for me: I wouldn't actually be selling your design as a jpeg as is... I would use it as a background for my invites. I then flatten the invitation and email to the customer for them to print. There would be no way that they could use your design. I would also put an acknowledgment on my site back to vexteezy.
   Is this OK or not - just don't want to do the wrong thing.

   You are not allowed to resell the designs in a digital format. You are basically rasterizing the vector to resell it and claim it as your own.
   So no, you may not resell them as jpeg.
   However, you are allowed to print and sell your printed product.
